Shipping policy

Impieghiamo 2/4 giorni lavorativi per elaborare la spedizione, le tempistiche possono subire variazioni a causa di ritardi nei trasporti nel caso di festività o cause di forza maggiore, ciononostante, vogliamo rassicurarti che continueremo sempre ad impegnarci per limitare il più possibile questi cambiamenti.

Una volta spedito impiega normalmente:

Italy Express shipping - Da 1 a 4 giorni lavorativi / Within 1 to 4 working days 

EUROPA/ EUROPE

We take 2/4 working days to process the shipment, the timing may vary due to transport delays in the case of holidays or causes of force majeure, nevertheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to work hard to limit these changes as much as possible.

while shipping normally takes:

Europe Express shipping - Within 2 to 6 working days  

United Kingdom Express shipping - Within 5 to 9 working days 

Rest of the world DHL BY AIR - Within 3 to 5

ORDER MODIFICATION

Once the order has been processed and confirmed we are sorry but we are unable to change it, in this case you will have to go through the return process once you receive your order.

 If the Products are to be delivered to a country not belonging to the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and reiterated in the order confirmation, including indirect taxes (if applicable) is net of any customs duties and any other sales tax, which the Consumer undertakes to pay, if due, in accordance with the provisions of the law of the country in which the Products will be delivered. The Consumer is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of their country of residence or destination of the Products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in their country of residence or destination of the Products.

Any further costs, charges, taxes and/or duties that a given country may apply, for any reason, to the Products ordered under these Conditions are the sole responsibility of the Consumer.

The Consumer declares that failure to know the costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or taxes referred to above at the time of sending an order to the Seller cannot constitute cause for termination of this contract and cannot in any way to charge the aforementioned charges to the Seller.

Qualora i Prodotti debbano essere consegnati in un paese non appartenente all’Unione Europea, il prezzo totale indicato nell’ordine e ribadito nella conferma dell’ordine, comprensivo di imposte indirette (qualora applicabili) è al netto di eventuali dazi doganali e di qualsiasi altra imposta sulle vendite, che il Consumatore si impegna a versare, se dovute, secondo quanto previsto dalle disposizioni di legge del paese in cui i Prodotti saranno consegnati. Il Consumatore è invitato ad informarsi presso gli organi competenti del proprio paese di residenza o di destinazione dei Prodotti, al fine di ottenere informazioni su eventuali dazi o tasse applicati nel proprio paese di residenza o di destinazione dei Prodotti.

Sono ad esclusivo carico del Consumatore, qualsivoglia eventuale ulteriore costo, onere, tassa e/o imposta che un dato paese dovesse applicare, a qualsivoglia titolo ai Prodotti ordinati in base alle presenti Condizioni.

Il Consumatore dichiara che la mancata conoscenza dei costi, oneri, dazi, tasse e/o imposte di cui ai precedentemente detto al momento dell’invio di un ordine al Venditore, non potrà costituire causa di risoluzione del presente contratto e che non potrà in alcun modo addebitare i suddetti oneri al Venditore.
